My name is Nicole Adams and I have been playing soccer in California for all my life. My soccer career began when I was 4 years old and it continued into my adulthood. I succumbed to a terrible ankle injury and began to pick up golf. I noticed that there was Footgolf at my home course which led me to the sport. Once I healed I started playing for fun. I then learned there was a league and I wanted to compete.
My first tournament was in 2017 at Elkins Ranch. I won and I began to compete in a few tournaments. I then became pregnant and had to put my Footgolf career on pause. I took a break for a while and started to compete again towards the end of 2018. I was rusty, to say the least, but I pushed ahead. I competed in my first National Championship in 2019. I definitely didn’t play my best but I did learn a lot and still earned a spot on Team USA to compete in Jansen Cup.
The game of Footgolf has allowed me to meet people from all around the world, along with amazing fellow competitors. I would like to thank all my sponsors, family, friends for all the support I have received. It is appreciate beyond measure.
