Hello!

 

I am Jordan Godfrey and I have been FootGolfing since 2014. I grew up in California playing club soccer and recreational golf. Growing the sport has always been a passion of mine. I try to be the best ambassador for the game by introducing new players to FootGolf, by sharing my experiences and by supporting charity tournaments and promotional events. As a member of the AFGL California Chapter, I have voluntarily designed and redesigned 7 FootGolf courses as the sport has progressed and needed standardization. This combination of my two favorite sports has led me on an incredibly successful journey over the past 5 years competing at the highest level.

 

I am the country’s inaugural 2015 FootGolf National Champion with 38 career individual wins and 18 AFGL Tour wins. I am a member of West Coast FootGolf the inaugural 2015 FootGolf Club National Champions. I have led West Coast FootGolf to 4 out of 5 National Championships and we will be seeking our 5th and the 3-peat by the end of 2020. 

 

I was a member of the underdog 2016 FootGolf World Cup winning United States Team and the only player to have represented the National Team on each of the 8 occasions. After winning in 2016, we made a nice run at a title defense in the 2018 World Cup ultimately finishing on the podium as bronze medalists after beating Spain in the 3rd-place playoff. 

 

My 2020 goals are to win the U.S. Open and to become National Champion, Club National Champions and the #1 Ranked Player in the United States. Having qualified for the next World Cup in 2021, I aspire to challenge for World Champion and Team World Champions. Winning the World Tour and achieving the #1 Ranked Player in the World is a long-term goal of mine. It has been out of reach so far due to the financial implications of competing in Europe. I have had successes overseas but need your support to regularly attend these Major tournaments.
